After the previous owners retired for personal health reasons, we were honored to continue this local tradition. We understand how much Lilly’s means to the community, and our promise is simple: we are not changing the recipes our customers already know and love. The same great taste, quality, and care will remain at the heart of everything we do.

Our current ownership brings more than 15 years of food industry and business experience, along with new energy, strong leadership, and a bigger vision for the future. We are here to protect what made Lilly’s special while helping it grow with purpose.

Our vision is to support our local community, work with local farmers and suppliers whenever possible, create more jobs, and build a positive restaurant culture where every customer feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
